Hello, I’m Jess

For most of my life, being strong meant handling everything alone. Staying in control, coping quietly and never asking for help. Being the one who had it all together.

And for a long time it worked.

Then my dad died and everything changed. It woke me up to how much of my life I had been surviving rather than living. In the months that followed I started noticing small quiet moments. Butterflies appearing out of nowhere. The way the light caught me off guard. Sunrises, sunsets, rainbows. Little reminders to pause, come back into the present, come back to myself.

That was the beginning of something shifting.

I’d spent 20 years in a high-pressure corporate career, juggling leadership and being a mum to my daughter Abbey. On the outside, I looked like I had it all together. The career. The life. The control. Yet I felt overwhelmed, disconnected and exhausted. Constantly doing more and somehow feeling less.

And then I started to see it everywhere. Women who looked strong, successful, capable, quietly struggling underneath it all. Wide awake at 2am. Holding everything together. Smiling through it. Pushing themselves further away from who they really were.

The part that stayed with me the most? The little girls watching them.

Children don’t learn from what we tell them. They learn from what they see us live. And I knew something had to change, not just for me, but for what we’re unknowingly teaching them.

Through my own therapy, coaching, and professional training in RTT and clinical hypnotherapy, something became very clear. I didn’t need fixing. I needed to feel safe. And once I did, everything began to shift. I stopped performing. I stopped shrinking. I started remembering who I was underneath it all.

I’ve always been the person people come to. The one who listens deeply and senses what’s really going on beneath the surface. For a long time, I dismissed that as just being a good listener. Now I understand it as attunement and it’s the foundation of every session I do.

Today I work with high-functioning women who carry everything and have quietly lost themselves along the way. Using RTT, clinical hypnotherapy and transformational coaching, I guide them back to calm, clarity and confidence, helping them reconnect with who they are.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you were before you learned to perform, adapt, and hold everything together.

You don’t need to become her. You already are her. You always have been.

Peer Fertility Coach

Fertility is something I hold with a great deal of care. If you're on a fertility journey, whether you're trying to conceive naturally, going through IVF, or carrying the quiet weight of loss, you'll know that the emotional side of it is rarely talked about honestly. The hope and the heartbreak sitting alongside each other. The exhaustion of staying positive when you don't always feel it.

This work isn't about fixing your mindset or telling you to relax. It's about creating a genuine sense of safety in your body and your nervous system, so that you're supported through the process, whatever that looks like for you. As a Peer Fertility Coach working with Inner Belief, I offer dedicated support specifically for this journey. You can find out more below.
