Your Questions, Answered
-
Not at all. You’re aware throughout the whole session. You’re able to speak, move, or come out of hypnosis at any point. You’re always in control.
Hypnosis is a natural state, similar to being absorbed in a book or lost in a daydream. You’re deeply relaxed, but still very much present.
-
This is one of the most common concerns and in reality, it’s very rare.
People vary in how responsive they are to hypnosis. Most people can engage with it and are surprised by how naturally it comes.
Hypnosis isn’t about being passive. It’s a state of focused attention, and I guide you into it gently, at your pace.
-
Yes. When practised professionally and ethically, hypnotherapy is a safe and supportive practice.
I work within clear boundaries, with your emotional safety, comfort and consent at the centre of everything we do.
If anything falls outside of what I can support, I’ll always be honest and guide you towards the right help.
-
Most people describe hypnosis as deeply calming and relaxing. Some feel incredibly focused.
Some feel heavy in the body, others light.
Many are surprised by how aware they are throughout.
Every experience is different, and all of them are completely normal.
-
That’s completely normal, and more common than you might think.
It’s fine if your attention drifts or you don’t remember every detail. Your recording gives you something to return to afterwards.
-
If you’ve been feeling stuck for a while, trying to think or push your way through something that just won’t shift, this work is likely exactly what you’ve been looking for.
RTT® and clinical hypnotherapy work at the subconscious level, where patterns, beliefs and emotional responses are formed.
If you’re unsure, a Clarity Call is the best place to start - no pressure, just a conversation.

RTT® stands for Rapid RTT stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy®. It’s a method developed by Marisa Peer that combines hypnosis with elements of psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural approaches to explore the beliefs, patterns and emotional responses that may be contributing to what’s keeping you stuck.
Rather than only focusing on what’s happening on the surface, RTT® uses hypnosis to explore some of the experiences and associations that may sit underneath those patterns, and to help you develop different ways of thinking, feeling and responding.
-
The women I work with most often come to me with anxiety, 3am spirals, body image struggles, emotional eating, low self-worth, people-pleasing, burnout, and the feeling of being completely disconnected from themselves.
I also support women through the emotional and identity shifts that can come with perimenopause, particularly when everything suddenly feels a little harder to make sense of.
If you’ve been stuck in the same pattern and feel like you’ve tried everything at surface level, this kind of work may be worth exploring.
-
Both use hypnosis, but the structure and emphasis can be different.
Hypnotherapy is a broad field and can include suggestion, imagery, relaxation and cognitive or behavioural techniques, depending on what you’re working on.
RTT® is a specific approach developed by Marisa Peer that combines hypnosis with techniques such as regression-style exploration, reframing and suggestion. We may explore earlier experiences and the meaning you made from them, while staying focused on the pattern that’s showing up now and what you want to change.

An RTT® session is typically 1.5–2 hours. Before that, we’ll have a Clarity Call to make sure we’re a good fit, followed by a 60-minute intake call where we go deeper into what’s going on and what you want to change. Soul Space Shift also includes a follow-up session around Day 21.
A single hypnosis session is usually around 30–45 minutes, with a 30-minute Clarity Call beforehand.
-
Some clients come for a single session focused on one specific issue, while others choose the Soul Space Shift for deeper, ongoing work.
Some clients come back to work on something new - building on the foundation we’ve already created.
We’ll always talk this through together so you can choose what feels right for you.

Yes. All sessions are available online, wherever you are in the world. Most of my clients work with me via Zoom and find it just as powerful, sometimes more so, because you're in your own space.
If you're based in Dubai, in-person sessions may also be available. Get in touch and we'll find what works best for you.

No. While I work mainly with women, I also work with men who are ready to change unhelpful patterns and overcome challenges, and create lasting positive change. If what you’ve read here resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.
