Your Questions, Answered

Not at all. You’re aware throughout the whole session. You’re able to speak, move, or come out of hypnosis at any point. You’re always in control.
Hypnosis is a natural state, similar to being absorbed in a book or lost in a daydream. You’re deeply relaxed, but still very much present.
-
This is one of the most common concerns and in reality, it’s very rare.
If you can focus, imagine, or get lost in thought, you can be hypnotised. Most people are surprised by how naturally it comes.
Hypnosis isn’t about being passive. It’s a state of focused attention, and I guide you into it gently, at your pace.
-
Yes. When practised professionally and ethically, hypnotherapy is a safe and supportive practice.
I work within clear boundaries, with your emotional safety, comfort and consent at the centre of everything we do.
If anything falls outside of what I can support, I’ll always be honest and guide you towards the right help.

Most people describe hypnosis as deeply calming and relaxing. Some feel incredibly focused.
Some feel heavy in the body, others light.
Many are surprised by how aware they are throughout.
Every experience is different, and all of them are completely normal.
-
That’s completely normal, and more common than you might think.
Your subconscious still receives everything from the session, even if your conscious mind drifts.
Your personalised recording also reinforces everything, so you can return to it whenever you need.

If you’ve been feeling stuck for a while, trying to think or push your way through something that just won’t shift, this work is likely exactly what you’ve been looking for.
RTT and clinical hypnotherapy work at the subconscious level, where patterns, beliefs and emotional responses are formed. It’s not about willpower. It’s about working with what’s been driving it underneath.
If you’re unsure, a discovery call is the best place to start - no pressure, just a conversation.

RTT stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy. It's a method developed by Marisa Peer that combines hypnosis, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural techniques to get to the root cause of what's keeping you stuck.
Rather than managing symptoms on the surface, RTT works at the subconscious level where your beliefs, patterns and emotional responses were originally formed. That's what makes it different. And that's what makes the shifts feel so permanent.
-
The women I work with most often come to me with anxiety, 3am spirals, body image struggles, emotional eating, low self-worth, people pleasing, burnout, and the feeling of being completely disconnected from themselves. Perimenopause is also something I support a lot, particularly the identity shifts and emotional overwhelm that can come with it.
If you've been stuck in the same pattern for a while and nothing else has shifted it, this work is likely exactly what you've been looking for. description

Both use hypnosis to access the subconscious mind. The difference is in the depth and approach.
Regular hypnotherapy tends to work with suggestion and gently replacing old patterns with new ones. RTT goes a step deeper. We find where the pattern started, understand why it made sense at the time, and reframe it at the root. It's that combination of regression, insight and transformation that makes RTT so effective.
-
An RTT session is typically two to two and a half hours. That includes the full hypnosis and regression work, plus a follow-up session to through what came up and integrate everything afterwards.
Single hypnotherapy sessions are usually around 60 minutes.

Some clients come for a single session focused on one specific issue, while others choose the Soul Space Shift for deeper, ongoing work.
Some clients come back to work on something new - building on the foundation we’ve already created.
We’ll always talk this through together so you can choose what feels right for you.

Yes. All sessions are available online, wherever you are in the world. Most of my clients work with me via Zoom and find it just as powerful, sometimes more so, because you're in your own space.
If you're based in Dubai, in-person sessions may also be available. Get in touch and we'll find what works best for you.
